| Recent Review: | | The management is rude and very unhelpful to foreign residents, so much so that we have to help them in communicating their problems. The water bill is somehow tallied by the entire apartment building and divided by the number of people "registered" to live there. So if one apartment is listed as having 2 people but actually has 4 people living in it they still only pay for 2 people's use of water. The "health club" has recently been upgraded but is often overrun by kids. The gate to the apartment property is completely broken thus provides no security protection from outsiders. Our car was vandalized recently and the light fixture above one of our bathtubs fell and shattered, barely missing me for that matter. Their billing is often confusing and exploitative. Overall the management of this apartment is its ultimate failing. |

| Recent Review: | | Since moving in I have had no real problems.The office seems to know what they are doing, and work orders usually only take a day or two to get done.The gym was bad, but the new management company is putting in new stuff.I would recommend it. |

| Recent Review: | | Over all not bad. Been here since first opened and only complaint is the the thin walls and ceilings. A lot of noise from people above me. The staff is always nice and willing to deal when lease is up. They try and keep out the rift raft that is in Duluth. |

| Recent Review: | | This is one of the worst apartments I have ever rented.The management is very unresponsive and ignore repeated requests to have termites removed from their property.My car was broken into while living in this apartment complex and a neighbor was held up & robbed in her unit.The apartment units are all very old so you hear everything that goes on in the units above, under, and beside your unit.Please do yourself a favor and find another place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | They Took a 200.00 Pet fee that was non refundable to move in.When I Moved out they did not give me 200.00 of my Deposit saying it was because they had to clean up after my pet.So I Got hit two times all because of the pet.They are un oganized they could not care less about the tenant.I had fuses blowing all the time in my apartment.I called the piower co,They told me that i needed a new fuse box and that the landlord would have to put a new one in.I went down to the office 5 times about the fuse box.They never fixed the problem.Dont move here this place sucks I will tell as many people as posible not to move here. |
