 There are no words to describe my experience at Archstone Perimeter Center.From the first week I was in the apartment, I knew I had made a huge mistake.My carpet had stains and hard spots covering the entire living room area, but the community manager would not budge to put in new carpet.My blinds broke, my sliding door came off the hinges and my linoleum started to crack.All of this happened within the first week of my arrival at Archstone. There is also limited parking, so if you don't find a space and you park on the curb, chance are you will get towed. Not to mention the maintenance staff.Instead of wondering if they were actually going to fix my sink that clogged up almost every week, I would fix it myself.There were also several break-ins, assaults and there were always police at the leasing office.This complex made me feel very unsafe and I would never recommend this community to anyone. If you are interested in Archstone Perimeter Center, be very aware before you sign a year lease like I did.The specials they have going right now are incredible, but keep in mind that also says something about the community.
