I have NEVER had a problem in this community. The gate has only not worked twice, and BOTH TIMES it was repaired the same day. I have NEVER seen a bug in my apartment.This is a great property. We have GATED, underground parking, elevators, nice neighbors, its quiet (you never see anyone). Sure, the hallways are loud when people walk by, but it is the set up of the apartment. I never see dog poop. I, and my neighbors who have dogs, walk our animals outside the complex and also we pick up after them.I don't know why the complex is dangerous according to the prior poster. We have about 15 cops who LIVE in the complex, and if something does happen, they notify everyone. The only time anything happened was a car got broken into and one stolen. Well, I am soo sorry, but that happens everywhere. I don't care if you live on 14th ST in Midtown, Peachtree Road or on Cleveland Avenue. It happens. But in the almost 8 months I have lived there, that is all that happened.So, what if there is a lot of paint? At least they paint. Where I work, which is a totally seperate management company, there is mildew on the buildings!You people need to stop complaining, and trying to ruin people's views, because you do live in a great complex. Its an apartment, not the biltmore house!This really is a great place, readers. I have had 4 referrals, and my friends love it too.You can email me and ask me questions if you want!And maintainence is great. They will come straight and fix the problem., the same day, if not the Next morning. | | | | |
