 Based on looks our apt. is impressive. We have the 10 foot ceilings, sky lights & white crown molding. Upon move in we found the apt. walls had not been repainted or the apt. cleaned from the last occupant and the laundry room door was still sitting in the kitchen. Naively, I believe this was a situation limited to us.Maintenace has not improved since move in. The management staff here has changed more times than I can count over the last yr and half I've lived here.They're attempting to improve, but not fast enough to keep me here.New neighbors leave trash in the breezeway and although the club puts out notices in their monthly news letter about cleanliness and picking up after your pet it is NOT enforced.And while they tell you there is a 25lb dog limit you'll notice bulldogs on the premises. Also I can both see and hear 285 24 hrs a day.And to top it off insulation of walls are poor, I can hear my neighbors fight.The long and short of it is that I plan to move as soon as my lease is up.The only reason I've stayed this long has been because rent is quite affordable, but I'm no longer willing to give up the quality of the community I live in for cheaper rent.
