| Recent Review: | | The apartment is not the best looking apartment because it is old and has not been renovated but it really does have a cute layout.However, there are several crackheads (literally) walking around including some of the maintanance.When ever you have a problem they will not fix it.My bathroom cieling is falling down from water pouring through it every night when the upstairs neighbors take a shower.and i mean pouring not dripping.it often sounds like my shower is running.this has been going on since i moved there and it has still not been fixed.the kitchen ceiling is also falling in from another leak that has not been fixed and that water comes through the light socket (fire hazard).The landlord seems nice and will work with you but her assistant who lives on property is very unprofessional wears pajamas to work and has had fights with her boyfriend (maintnance worker) and her fling causing the police to swarm the apartments and arrest them.yet she still works there.The apartments are known for there drug problem (known fact from several east point police) but still nothing has been done to change it.This apartment would be a wonderful starter apartment if THEY WILL JUST CLEAN UP THEIR ACT!!!!! and get rid of the riff raff. |

| Recent Review: | | Its quiet at time but, sometime they do the ignorant stuff. They seem harmless at first but,they like to keep the wrong things going. I move in before fall and there was a lot of shooting going on they are criminal and drug infested. They also allow other people from the area run their drug market here. Im not scare or anything of that sort but, my friends are. They came over here one time thats it. |
