Recent Review: My apartment is not worth paying $605.00 for a 1Bedroom. why? because we are always having problems with everything that maintenance claim that they have fixed. it takes about 5 days for them to actually show up. our windows keep bringing flies, and all kinds of bugs in there because there not tighted up and maintenance won't do anything about it. we have bees coming from our bathroom where there is a whole on top of the bathroom ceiling and they wont close it up. our a/c has a hole in the pipe and they wont fix it they just keep adding frion which doesnt even last for a day. when parking there are barely any parking spots available. Our carpet is very very nasty and dirty looking. right before we moved in they said that the apt was ready to view we walked in and there were red, blue, etc, stains everywhere. they said if we would've waited another week then we would have new carpet but we didnt have any time after they told us that everything was ready.
