 As a student at KSU, I couldn't have found a more conveniant location. I shared a two bed two bath apartment with a roomate for only $617. There were some bugs and occasionaly things broke, but the apartment people always came out to fix it. The walls are very thin so noise carries, but my neighbors were always very nice. They have two pools and allow pets. There is good insulation, but the carpet and paint were a little shabby.
