 I have lived at Shiloh Valley for only two months and have been dissapointed with their service.The apartments themselves are nice floorplans but the building quality is not spectacular.When the wind blows it whistles, when it rains we have two windows that leak, and our neighbors are easily heard through the thin walls.There service is what brings me to write this.The apartment offers internet.We moved in toward the end of the month and asked out internet to start on the 1st of this month.It was finally hooked up on the 10th.The internet is an add on to the rent and they charged us with the full month's rent.When we told them we will only pay for the days it was hooked up they threatened us with eviction.The management is your best friend until you move in.Then they will treat you like dirt.Another thing is my neighbor is a construction worker and has a four wheel drive vehicle to go around the job sites.Well the apartment managers fined him for bringing a dirty truck home.No warning about to please clean your truck before entering.Just a flat out fine.I thought he was kidding at first, but it is no joke.They actually fined him.I would not recommend considering this apartment complex.
