| Recent Review: | | I have lived at the Amli at Barrett Walk apartments for over a year now. I love it here and have recommended it to others. It is quiet and clean, the management is helpful and responsive. The maintenance department is thorough and friendly. I feel very safe here, even walking at night. The pool is clean, the gym is equipped and not too busy to find equiment to work out on. It is convenient to shopping and resturants, many within walking distance. I would recommend Amli at Barrett walks to anyone looking for a safe, clean community. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at the Bridges of Kennesaw for a while now and it is one of the best places as far as price, quality, and service.All of the leasing agents and property managers are great.The staff is prompt on fixing any maintnance problems.I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great location in Kennesaw because it is convenient to everything. |

| Recent Review: | | The other reviewer was money-on with the description of the attitudes from the office staff being like Jekyll and Hyde - when they gave my wife and I the initial grand tour of the property, it was warm and personable. But as soon as we signed, it was all downhill from there. Too noisy, not enough parking, unresponsive service and condescending attitudes from the office staff to repeated noise complaints, maintenance calls and safety issues with our unit.The noise around our unit was so bad that we lost countless hours of sleep, from car stereos, neighbors with lots of noisy kids across from us and people in the unit above who threw parties and stomped around on the floors at all hours of the day and night. I worked 2nd shift hours at the time I lived there and trying to sleep in during the day was impossible 9 days out of 10. After making the decision we just couldn't stand to live there anymore, the lovely office staff made breaking our lease 2 months early seem more like trying to leave the mafia.Simply put, save yourself the money and aggravation of letting the charming tour trap you in the nightmare of living at Clarinbridge. You can get the same square footage for a lot less than what they're asking for, not to mention a much better quality of life. |

| Recent Review: | | We found this apartment community on Rent.com and asked a friend to go look at it for us because we lived out of state.He rode through the complex and said it was nice.On move-in day, we went to look at the apartment Greenhouse had assigned to us.Upon our inspection of it, we noticed that it was infested with tiny roaches, had stains on the carpet, and had bad repair spots on the ceiling.When my husband told them about our inspection, they offered to put him in a different apartment and he agreed.Later that night while he was moving in our furniture, he took a break to go eat dinner.Before he left, he turned the AC down to try to cool down the apartment.Upon his return, he noticed that the apartmend had not cooled down at all and figured that the AC unit was not working properly so he went and stayed at a local hotel.The next morning, he told Management about the problem and released him from his lease, but refused to refund any money we gave them.(Keep in mind that this place has a 30 day guarantee.)After going back and forth with this company for over a month, they finally agreed to reimburse us the unused portion of rent money we paid in advance (this was only $95 out of over $500 we had paid to them).To this day, nearly eight months later, we have yet to see a penny from this company.We highly do not recommend this community and warn anyone who may consider them as a potential place of residence. |

| Recent Review: | | The landscaping is beautiful. The complex sits on a hill and in the right unit, you will have a nice view of Kennesaw. It is easy to fall in love with the views. However, in matter that are most important to renters - unexpected and unreasonable penalties and fines imposed, management is relentless. My move out experience was a nightmare. I did not leave the unit damaged, I left after my lease expired, and I paid what the lease required. Unfortunately, the site manager insisted that I had not followed the contract, though other leasing agents had a different recollection of my actions. A high fine was imposed and I am left with the option of paying the fine or going to court. It is almost as if management uses penalties and fines to make up for the high vacancies. I wonder if it has occurred to them that maybe there wouldn't be so many vacancies if they treated their tenants fairly and with respect. It is common to here grumblings about unfair treatment from management by tenants while enjoying the pool or fitness center. |

| Recent Review: | | I am about half way through my lease at Trees of Kennesaw and plan to renew. I absolutely love this complex. I am a student at KSU and lived on campus one year, lived at the Enclave for a few months and then moved here. The apartments are quite luxurious (especially for a college student) and very spacious. The wallpaper isn't that great but they don't mind if you paint. There is a very nice pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The grounds are kept very clean and the flowers are gorgeous throughout the spring and summer. It's quiet and relaxing. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. The maintanance team is quick to respond and there are courtesy officers on call so I feel very safe. Trees of Kennesaw is ideally located and traffic to and from isn't terrible. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. They offer a variety of floor plans so whether you want to live alone or have a three bedroom town home, this is the place to be! |
