| Recent Review: | | I made the mistake of living in 5375 Sugarloaf apartments in Lawrenceville, Georgia.It was one of the worst decisions we ever made.The place looks great on the outside and the extras will really pull you in to the deal.BUT WAIT until your first weekend nightwhen you get kept awake all night by the neighbors dog or screaming, drunk neighbors.This is all well and good in college but not for a real home when you work full time.This place contained violent people and we even experienced our neighbords trying to break down our door because we banged on the floor after days and days and days of loud base coming through.5375 Sugarloaf is not worth the money.You would be better off in a trailer. |

| Recent Review: | | I have had millions ants in my apartments for over a month and have called numerous times to complain and have been ignored. Pest controll suposingly only comes once a week and the office tells me they can't do anything unless it is the day that pest controll comes. |

| Recent Review: | | Wonderful staff and wonderful maintenance crew, fast, friendly and effective, when I called for a problem during regular hours, they showed up within an hour usually. Very nice office staff, always, helpful to me. Overall wonderful experience living here. |

| Recent Review: | | My family has lived here 1 year, and every statement people made about this apt. complex is true!! There are many decent people renting here, but, many more that are just plain filthy and disruptive. I have seen many arguments that have turned into fights among children of different nationalities. We need security around the clock here. Many people have purchased hidden security cameras for more security at their own expense. We will see when the summer months get here just how if any changes are being made. We need more decent people in this complex. No losers please! |

| Recent Review: | | Atfer couple of month of search, several applications with lost money, experiencing unproffesionalism, misconduct, discrimination andhidden costs (Charleston, Equity apartments-Lilburn), we somehow drove at the crossing of OLD NORCROSS/BOGGS RD. and took a tour at MEADOWS OF GWINNETT...nice, villas, green, not the usual aspect of a apartment complex. About the office, we thaught it is not real, nice, decent, helpful.The prices are unbeatable if you are looking for a 2-3 B, 2bath. Huge floorplans, (1200-1300sqft), villas extra private porch, water, sew., garbage included! (we paied at Madison at breckinridge/ duluth, 50 dollars water in december, when we were 2 weeks out of town, had no washer...), private parking, all electric (jackson heat pumps)...and convenient to 85/316 etc.We live here 1 mo already and it is like a home, all our friens visiting us were impressed.If you are looking for a family friendly, safe nice place to feel like home, this is the place.A plus for the small and caring management team! |

| Recent Review: | | I'll try again!!!Tree Creek was a great place to live until it was sold a few weeks ago and became Sugar Mill.The whole transition was unprofessional and a mess.Not only were residents not told until after the switch was made, but the new ownership came in with no staff or management of its own.The staff that has been hired have no knowledge of the property and seem to lack the ability to handle simple situations.Management really doesn't seem to have an interest in keeping their residents happy either and can be downright rude.Neighbors have been pressured to make decisions on their renewals before they have to give notice, maintenance requests are not being honored, rent is being increased on renewals at a rate unheard of before, and people are not renewing simply because they were treated so poorly by the new staff.Residents who have been here for years are now being inconvenienced by new policies that accomplish nothing.The staff and management refuse to deal with even simple problems and have lied to act as if they were and no recourse beyond the on-site staff is given to the residents as they will not reveal any contact information to register a complaint.It really is sad to see such a nice, small community that has been a great place to live ruined by poor management. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for about a year and a half or so.I started in a 2 bedroom with a roomate and now live in abedroom by myself.Both of the apartments that I have lived ion were the larger ones they have for each.For a roomate situation I would definately go with the larger one it is worth the extra money.The only down side is that the bedrooms are not the same size (there is only one master bedroom) but they are on opposite sides of the apartment which is good for privacy.As far as the 1 bedrooms go I have not seen the smaller one (when I moved they did not have any available).I like the one that I have but don't think that I really need the extra room.It is nice having an actual dining room (which I use more for an office).Everytime I have needed maintenance or anything from the office they have been very helpful and quick to fix the problem.Another thing that I like is that they are an Equity Apartment so if I need to move to another area I can with a 30 days as long as it is to another one of their apartments, which they have tons all around the country.And you can earn money towards a new house from a certain builder. |

| Recent Review: | | The rental rates are the best in the city and the apartments and villas are spacious, but the maintenance is poor (cigarette butts on the lawn, cracked ceilings, and overflowing toilets)and complex does not exterminate. |
