 The first year was fine everyone was nice in the rental office and I could not understand why everyone was evacuating their apartments. That is until I decided not to renew my lease about 30 days prior to lease end. Legally you must give 60 days notice or get charged so I and got suckered into another 14 months for the same rate but an unbelievable water bill. Every three months look forward to an increase in your rent and believe me there is nothing you can do about it the water is not regulated. Current tenants and management are rude and unprofessional. Look on the better buisness bureau website and avoid the headache.
