| Recent Review: | | This complex is beautiful with lots of space inside.But the management is unorganized.There are more kids that stay out all night and are terrorizing the place.The gated community hasn't had a working gate in over 5 months.It has a great price but I am starting not to feel safe in my own home. |

| Recent Review: | | I found the experience to be horrible from the beginning to the end. We basically had to clean the apartment ourselves, including throwing out crack pipes, scrubbing the walls that dripped with yellow stuff and cleaning out a refrierator that had old food and many, many, many dead and LIVE MAGGOTS. The carpet was coming up and a host ofnats were maintained by soaking wet carpet from a leaky hot water heater.Oh yes, and the maggots came from meat that was left in the refrigerator by the previous residentand never cleaned. The meat, by the way was left on the back stoop, which management promised to pick up but never did. And lets not talk about crime. I was the victim of harrassment, yes neighbors beating on your door at all times of the day and actually waiting for you when you come home ( and I don't mean in a friendl way). Management basically was rude and turned a deaf ear, unless threatened by the police ( which regularly visit due to the amount of drugs and crime in the area) or threatened with legal action (had to take pictures to get anything moving). Don't expect safety. Don't expect customer service. We had to break the lease after only a month, with police reports and a letter of explanation. They still tried to charge us for damage ( yeah right, as if it were not damaged enough) and for breaking the lease. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING good about this place. Don't move here, even the police say so. This is the Crack Central of Lithonia. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been in this complex almost a year and it has been the worst year of my life.It was hyped as a luxury community, but all those perks are gone.You have people hanging out in the parking lot all times of days and night and had a drug bust.Tenants are just moving in with no prescreening.It is all about filling the complex right now.The walls are paper thin.People play there music loud extremely loud.When you complain to management they just say write a complaint and do nothing.My lease is up and I am moving out.Thank goodness.Leasing from this complex was the worst mistake of my life. |
