| Recent Review: | | Terrible management, they are so unprofessional, rude, unfair and dishonest to tenants. Also, their ground floor apartments have tons of problems i.e. leaks, mold, etc. Manitanance is so poor, they can come up with tons of excuses but never fix the problem. They never accept any responsiblities for their actions and will with no shame continue to collect their rent every month w/o maintaining the place.In addition security in the complex is non existent. I am in a midst of moving out after living there for four years. I am so glad to get outta here!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This complex sucks!I broke my lease and left two months after moving in.I dont know where to start on how bad these apartments are.Like others have said, they look nice from the outside, but inside they are a nightmare!Horrible tenants, maintenance, management, etc.Gates never worked, ever, i dont think i ever saw them closed during the two months i was there.Cops were always in the property for some reason or another because of all the criminals that live there, that were supposely "Screened", i think the management need to be screened themselves cause they all look shady.All sorts of insects everywhere.The place is just horrible, and that's me putting it nicely! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Autumn Chase for 4 months in one of the town houses, there is too much crimminal activities in that complex and no security guard around when you need one and when I moved in it took 3 times for an exterminator to get rid of all the roaches.My house was cleaned out and the rental office did or said nothing about it.But worse of all Cobb County police are sexist as well as racist. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 2 years and can not wait to move at the end of the month.I have endured roofs that leak, a door that you have to force to close all the way.. And it is the main door.The air conditioning was replaced twice.The windows continue to link each time it rains.Also there have been several break ins and other issue in the complex.The rental office never notifies people.The neighbors have taken it upon themselves to notify their neighbors.Take my advice... It is not worth the hassle. |

| Recent Review: | | I could not agree more. The management is so sorry i broke my lease and paid the penalty just to be away from them. Twice I was accused of not paying my rent because they assigned my money to the wrong account. Took me forever for them to accept my personal checks again because of their incompetence. Please be warned....its a nice place but proceed with extreem caution |

| Recent Review: | | When I moved in I was promised new carpet.I also made management aware of water damage underneath my kitchen sink causing the cabinet to rot out.Eventually the cabinet fell apart.Maintenance repaired the slow leak on the sink, but not the cabinet.In fact, the man removed the cabinet door and chipped off the rotten wood on the bottom leaving a huge hole in my kitchen.For 3 months I called and called.They kept telling me a different story.Finally, they told me they had just ordered a cabinet.Three months later it was finally repaired.The manager had an attitude when she saw my carpet.My carpet that should have been replaced many years ago.It is possibly the original carpet.I have never been late on my rent, and I would consider myself a pretty good tenant.I don't feel they're doing a good enough job to make me want to resign next year. |

| Recent Review: | | Lived there for two years, was late with rent one time during the second year. Rent was due by 6pm on the 3rd. I showed up at 6:05pm on the third and the lady in the office informed me that I was late. Not exactley the way a management company should treat a good tenant. I will never rent from a Gables community again!!! |
