| Recent Review: | | If I would have known that I was going to have to get a protection dog, I would not have moved here. I think that the area is terrible, and I can't go outside at night. I also don't understand how anyone could honestly raise children in this area. I am an adult and I am scared that I might look at someone the wrong way and get shot. It is not out of the question here. Don't live here. Go farther north on Cobb Pkwy. |

| Recent Review: | | laurel valley has got to be 1 of the worst complexes in marietta ,my upstairs neighbors laundry water would come out of my kitchen sink and over flow to the floor,the leasing office told me when this happens cut on the garbage disposal,but what if Im not home?!!it rained really bad on a saturday and my kitchen had a inch of water and my living room rug was soaked from water coming from the outside hallway.they finally did something WEDNESDAY and had someone basically throw my furniture around without my knowledge and ended up breaking my glass table unless ur homeless dont move to laurel valley,even then you maybe better in a shelter.really! |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen, I have lived here for a year and will not renew my lease by the way. The management are rude and inconsiderate plus it takes them forever to respond to maintenance calls. And if you love living with roaches and smelly garbage areas then this is the apartment for you. |

| Recent Review: | | Living in westminster apartments i was veryunsatisfied with the eviroment the and the living conditions. They have very poor maintnance,roaches,and the kids make too much noise! The parkbroke two years ago(2003)due to the unsafety equipment and still has not been fixed! (2005) The children part in vandalism in the apartment complex. Many people are moving due to the poor quality of the complex,and im next! thank you for your uderstanding |

| Recent Review: | | This place is the worst place to live, starting from the roaches to the leasing management..If your rent is late you have to be ready to see the "RED" paper on your door each morning that you wake up until the day you pay it..Don't you think that people know that they are late and will pay their rent asap. Everybody has to know that you didn't pay your rent on time, things happen sometimes and you are couple of days late (like they have never been late with their rents before in live) but they don't care about nothing or nobody..PLEASE be secretive with your resdence and put up one late notice, that's enough... And the KIDS' oh my god..Drug activity forget it , this place is "Columbia" |

| Recent Review: | | I have negative and positive things to say:NEGATIVE:These apartments have 4 fases. I will tell you one thing, DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT move into phase 1 2 or 3. You will have so many problems. One neighbour had a racoon and its offspring in the bathroom Mech room. Some of the people who live in those fases are pretty shady also.My fase which is the newest one, was built in 95. The walls have NO insulation. You can tiptoe across the floor and hear the boards creek. The only reason its quiet is because the neighbours are really decent people. The apartments look spankin brand new when they show them to you, but the finishes in it are so cheap that, if your not careful/clean they will kill you in repair fees. The paint is cheap and chalky and the kitchen/ bathroom countertops are made of Formica (no hot items on that please)POSITIVE:(this is the new fase only)The staff in this complex is wonderful. The landscaping is lovely. It's pretty quiet. You can only hear the birds chirping. It's very secluded so you have no thru traffic. The neighbours are pretty quiet and conservative. The apartments are well maintained and are very pretty. Its close to everything. Walking distance. The plumbing is great so is the HVAC. For new leasers, the complex is handed over to you with lovely "new" appliances and the top and toilet are paper white. Its super safe. I leave my apt open when i go jogging on their nature trail. I never lock my car either. (Its a nice car too! Who wouldnt wanna steal it!)Overall, if your gonna move here, get a top floor apt because you wont be bugged by creaky floors. And if your gonna live there long, make sure you paint everything with semi gloss so your paint will last and you wont get charged when you leave (my dog has messed up all the paint by the door) and dont put any hot items on the countertops. |
