 ..if this isn't you, then you do not want to be here. The "all-in-one" bill is good, but it is not worth dealing with Management's BS. They are always trying to get $$$ from their tenants.Security: honestly, it is getting worse as we speak. They just hired wannabe rent-a-cops, which won't make a differenceParking: always a spot, although it is not the spot you want:)Appearance/Upkeep: it is decent. Watch out for these trifling teenagers though- tenants have begun to leave their bags of trash anywhere because the dumpster is too far from their apartment(which it is but not a good enough excuse)Management/OfficeStaff: I think it starts @ corporate, but these are just some conniving people. They will not distribute receipts for payment of rent because they claim that the receipts are too expensive. I only have one more month left so I didn't bother arguing since I pay with checks and I can view them through my bank's website. They will try to get every dollar they can from you, especially at the end of the year lease. they inspect every apartment 6-15 times a year and charge you for rediculous stuff.Maintenance: no comment (new staff recently)Noise Level: depends where you live. I have been fortunate for two years but heads-up: parties start Thursday night since most students here dont have Friday classes (some of us have to work though)Overall: I would not recommend living at Clayton Place unless you are on a SERIOUS $$$ crunch and can not afford a few extra bucks for a REAL apartment. Even if you enjoy the roomate setting, I would try it in a real apartment. I'm moving out in a month after two years and I can not wait.
