 I lived there and when i moved in the screen was broken and i reported it. Later management saw that the screen was broken and they charged me 35 dollars. They said that they never had a report even though I had a copy of the report. Then when a busted pipe from upstairs ruined my fire alarm they charged me 50 dollars for damages. The man who fixed the alarm said I had to sign so it would show that he did work on it, he told me it wouldnt put me as liable. They later told me that I had signed the form and I was liable and they would put it on my credit report. Also I had a large black man who kept comming to my window at 4am and banging on it. I had to make out a police report. And the apartment said that even though I had a police report that people were banging on my windows they refused to take the 35 dollar charge off. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!
