| I do not know work for them at all, let me say that upfront. I have had no problems with them at all. Rent is extremely reasonable to begin with. The gates are fixed though maybe 2-3 times a month they are left open. Any repairs we have needed have been done within a few hours, not days or weeks. The same office staff has been there our move in 10 months ago. We are signing a new lease for another year as well. There are problems in the townhomes though. Last year I did have a temporary state issue vehicle tag get stolen. Oddly enough I saw the tag on a truck a few days later, they don't live in Lakeside. What else,.... it all seems kosher to me as of now. We have an apartment right on the glorified lake (pond), and have had no problems with flooding or anything. Office has been very helpful from day 1. |
