 I lived at Lakeside for one year. It was exactly 11 months too long.To tell you the truth I still drive thru it every now and then to see how it looks and if any improvements have been made. Last weekend, there was yellow spray paint on several cars and on the wall by the townhomes. That should be a red flag!I myseld liked the layout of the two bedroom apartment in the newer section, but after being there one month knew I had made a terrible mistake. The office staff has had more turn overs then I can count. The nice staff always seems to vanish without a trace, and the manager or his assistant is of no help.I know there is a drug problem in the townhomes, just drive thru and see for yourself. It goes on all day and night and nobody seems to care. The maintenance, that is a whole different issue. Two members of maintenance are in jail for stealing credit cards and prescription meds from tenants. Mine included!!!! I just want to sum it up by saying RUN don't WALK out of the gates (that never work) of Lakeside Apartments. The only nice thing is that they do have 2 cops that live in the new section, so if you must live here try to live in that area.
