| Recent Review: | | In the 3 yrs I've lived here, management has changed four times and each time it get worse. Hard to get any repairs done, I've complained every summer that my AC doesn't cool and my carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, I was promised new flooring in the kitchen 2yrs ago and still none. These apartments are old and the owner(s) / management refuse to upgrades. Go to Pearl Springs...I am!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Been here since Nov of 2003, no problems what so ever.The grounds are kept clean daily, so much that I have begun to get to know the grounds keepers and they are all super friendly.The rent is very reasonable, the apartments are great for the price, we're in a 3br for less than $750.We had a water heater burst, it was fixed in 4 hours, the room it sits in was completely cleaned, and carpeting replaced out into the hallway. I could not have asked for anything more.Parking is great, there are a lot of children about so accidents do happen. I assume this is everywhere that has children present.The office personel is great, from a dead entrance door remote to calling about the pond, they have always been over the top helpful. Most of them have been there since the day I moved in going on two years, and they have the same "manager".The bad - I have only heard of bad things in the townhomes, but I have never seen them for myself, and I pass by them numerous times each day. Not sure about the placement of the dumpster at the front door, but I assume there isn't much of a better place to put it since everyone must pass by it at some time or another. This isn't really a problem, but it can make getting your mail (100 ft away) sometimes a stinky event. |
