 DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT*MY CLOSET DOOR HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I MOVED IN THEY PROMISED ME ON WALK THROUGH THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED IN A WEEK NOT DONE IN A YEAR.*MY MASTER BATHROOM TOLIET HAS LEAKED BEEN RUNNING SINCE I MOVED IN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED THE DAY I MOVED IN.*THE CARPET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED FOR A YEAR ITS NOT DONE.* BEFORE I MOVED INT HE TOLIET WAS LEAKING AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE FLOOR IN A YEAR ITS NOT DONE.MY FRONT BATHROOM HAD A BAD LEAK UNDER THE CABINET, IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO FIX IT THAT MOLD HAS GROWN UNDERNEATH. I TOOK PICTURES OF THIS MESS AND SHOWED IT TO THE LEASING OFFICE, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS. MY NEIGHBOR UPSTAIRS HAD A LEAK IN HER LAUNDRY ROOM 6 MONTHS AGO WHICH IN TURN DAMAGED MY LAUNDRY ROOM CEILING AND WALL. NEEDLESS TO SAY NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN DONE. THERE HAS BEEN 5 DIFFERENT MANAGERS AT THIS APT.
