 If you do go for apartment living this is the perfect place they offer Month to Month leases with no extra Fees because this is all they offer Month to Month. I lived there about 2 years they never went up on the rent during my time there.If you have any kind of problem they take care of it as soon as possible with no delays. Great Community/ Staff to deal with. I hear rumors about Riverdale being unsafe this is untrue I would live here anytime all the Staff live on the property and they take care of the property .I highly reccomend for anyone.
