| Recent Review: | | I've been living here for a year.The people in the office are nice, but what a dump this place is.My air conditioning just failed for the 3rd time in a month.Break-Ins happen far too often, and many of the residents are (shall we say) unsavory candidates.Frankly, it's one of the better complexes in the area, but that is NOT saying much. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are mediocre.Phase II is nice, but make sure that you get an apartment with the screened patio.They also have good maintenence and are a nice neighborhood. They do have pests though.Some roaches and ants.(management must do a pest control) |
