 The upkeep on the outside of these apartments is great! What's lacking is any real upgrades to the inside.The pools are often full of debree until late afternoon which means morning swimmers just have to jump in with spiders, moths, bees and trash.The manager will make promises that never happen, especially if they can get you to renew your lease.The apartments closest to the Management Office are the ones to really watch out for.They back RIGHT on Atlanta Rd. which is like a major roadway now.Traffic at all hours, and it's gotten louder each year.This makes using your pation impossible.

Be careful.There are a lot of other apartment complexes in this area that are as nice and won't tell you you're living in a desired location when that location is too noisy to talk over.
