| Yes it has problems, but that is because it is old.We are there because of how affordable it is and the location.Noise problems aren't usually that bad but traffic can be pretty bad, especially during school months. Parking has become a problem because there are no restrictions to the number of vehicles allowed.At least they don't enforce it. Maintenance isn't bad. They are friendly and usually get to the task fairly quick. Since the apartments are so old though there tend to be many things that have to be repaired. (Especially when you have 2 toddlers running around) Overall it is not a bad place to live. It has a friendly community and the management is the best of any complex I have ever lived around.(4 different apartments) |
