 The apartment is spacious, the landscape is beautiful and the location is very convenient. But behind all these apparent goodies, the naked truth comes out eventually.You don't have choice of any service in your apartment. You need to set up your power with a company (Sawnee) that charges you the outrageous amount of $200.00 deposit (or you don't have power). You need to have dish ( Dish Network ) that the Complex has contract with, whose reception is usually bad. You need to have DSL with Atlanta Broadband, whose internet service is really annoying due to frequent disconnections and finally for telephone service they force you to have Bellsouth; nothing against Belsouth, but what about MCI or AT&T.The Management Office offers a poor service with a staff that lacks people skills guided by the rudeness in person,the manager, that time, Ginger.It was a really beautiful apple with a bad taste.
