 It is a decent apartment but I would not recommend living here. First, in their opening speech they (the apartment manager) said they are more selective than other apartments in choosing tenants, I find this hard to believe. Last week someone was evicted and they threw all their belongings on the sidewalk right outside the gate. The gate is a whole issue in itself. They do not have a separate entrance for guest so you (the resident)have to wait until the guest are buzzed in before you can get in, this sometime takes a long time. Most of the time the gate is left open because of problems and if the power is out you can not get in or out of the complex. The only thing that they have going for them is the maintenance guy! He is absolutely WONDERFUL! When we first came to this apartment complex the manager was very nice and worked with us but now it is a completely different story.
