 We have really enjoied living at this apartment. We have had no major problems except for brief noise problem with the neighbor.They turnover rate with the wellington staff is very high, so we see new faces every time we go to the office.Location wise, we are 20 minutes from everything in Atlanta.The property is great, well upkept grounds, and a nice pool.Lots of kids live there, so you will always hear them running around and up and down the stairs.The maintenence staff is phenominal, and prompt to any issue you may have. 3 years is long enough for us to be there, thats why we are relocating in a few months. Overall our experience has been a positive one and we would reccomend this property to someone who works or goes to school in this area.If you dont work close by, you can find just as great properties closer to where you do work.The rent is very reasonable --part of the reason we chose wellington point.Wont find cheaper closer to the city.1-10 we give Wellington Point a 7!
