| Recent Review: | | If you are a perfect person who never walks, talks or watches a movie, this is the perfect place for you!The place is fairly quiet, but the management has unrealistic expectations for apartment dwellers.I have had three condesending, passive-aggresive letters placed on my door in the middle of the night saying I'm loud, but they don't say what I have done.I have been leasing apts for 10 years and have NEVER been told I was disburbing my neighbors until I moved there.Did I mention one of my neighbors teaches voice and piano lessons early Saturday mornings, but I'm the one that's loud because I walk and talk.Give me a break!The traffic is a nightmare too.I've seen three horrible car acciedents in one year from people coming in and out of complex. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Calibre Lake last fall and I love it. It's a good value for my money and it's very wooded and peaceful.The office staff and maintenance staff are nice.They always say hello or wave when you see them.It's convenient to the freeways and you don't have to travel far to go shopping. |

| Recent Review: | | I will never recommend this apartment to any one. Entrance is always a problem here. Garbage/Trash is smelling and overflowing. They can't even repair the laundry door for the past one month not to mention that they have only one central laundry place.No ventilator/exhaust fans in the bathrooms.Apartments are very old. In winters you can feel the cool breeze flowing in your apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | It is a decent apartment but I would not recommend living here. First, in their opening speech they (the apartment manager) said they are more selective than other apartments in choosing tenants, I find this hard to believe. Last week someone was evicted and they threw all their belongings on the sidewalk right outside the gate. The gate is a whole issue in itself. They do not have a separate entrance for guest so you (the resident)have to wait until the guest are buzzed in before you can get in, this sometime takes a long time. Most of the time the gate is left open because of problems and if the power is out you can not get in or out of the complex. The only thing that they have going for them is the maintenance guy! He is absolutely WONDERFUL! When we first came to this apartment complex the manager was very nice and worked with us but now it is a completely different story. |

| Recent Review: | | We have really enjoied living at this apartment. We have had no major problems except for brief noise problem with the neighbor.They turnover rate with the wellington staff is very high, so we see new faces every time we go to the office.Location wise, we are 20 minutes from everything in Atlanta.The property is great, well upkept grounds, and a nice pool.Lots of kids live there, so you will always hear them running around and up and down the stairs.The maintenence staff is phenominal, and prompt to any issue you may have. 3 years is long enough for us to be there, thats why we are relocating in a few months. Overall our experience has been a positive one and we would reccomend this property to someone who works or goes to school in this area.If you dont work close by, you can find just as great properties closer to where you do work.The rent is very reasonable --part of the reason we chose wellington point.Wont find cheaper closer to the city.1-10 we give Wellington Point a 7! |
