 We recently moved into Park Place and have almost no complaints. It is SO close to the Navy base, which thrills my husband. The ladies in the office are so nice, too. Also, maintenance is pretty good. When we moved in, we completed an inspection, and some things needed to be fixed. The ladies in the office had maintenance fix them while we were on our honeymoon, and when we returned a week later, we were so impressed! I recommend living on the top floor, because of the vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Great place to live...the only thing I don't like are all the speed bumps in the parking lot!
