 The managmeent team at Villas of Hannover is absolutely horrible. My wife and lived there 3 months and we can honestly say from the beginning to the end was not a good experience. Before I begin, let me say the apartment complex is nice, good location, and very roomy, but here is where they fall off...1. We asked for a vanity in the bath, it took the mgm't team over a month to have the vanity put in the bathroom.2. The ice maker in the refrigerator was disfunctional. Went in the and put a service request, and it NEVER got done before or 3 month lease ended.3. Water Deposit refund - The water deposit is $50.00 and is refundable once they get the remanining balance from the water company. My wife and I moved out 6/4/04, and we are still fighting with them to get our our remaining water deposit back.The mgm't team is unprofessional when comes down to the residents and non-residents affairs.
