 HIGHLAND RUN'S APARTMENTS ARE IN FAIR CONDITION,UNLESS YOU NEED MAINTAINANCE,THAT IS ANOTHER THING.THE HALLWAYS ARE ALWAYS NASTY,FILLED WITH PAPER AND DEBRIS,KIDS,BUGS,YOU NAME IT,IT IS THEIR.THE COMPLEX IS REALLY GHETTO.THE TRASH IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING THE DUMPSTER.THE OFFICE PERSONELL'S ATTITUDES STINK.NEED I SAY MORE?IF CONSIDERING MOVING IN,PLEASE RECONSIDER UNLESS YOU,DON'T MIND LIVING IN THE SLUMS.
