						Recent Review: Southern Woods has some of the worst management I ever dealt with. All their concern is on getting you into an apartment, not fixing anything and making sure you pay your rent on time. They never came and fix anything in your apartment until you complain a dozen times. The outside of the apartments are so wel kept, that you would expect nothing less in your apartment and that is so deceiving. Also their answering service for after hours are so worthless.
