| Recent Review: | | I lived at Grand Terrace while I was in medical school from 2001-2005.It's clean, well kept, great management, very attentive maintenance/manager.It was quiet with my previous neighbors for the first 3 yrs; noise level is neighbor dependant.Parking can be a problem, there's only enough parking for every apt to have 1 car, and most have 2..so people are parked on the lawn and in the street.The neighborhood is very nice.Its located in a nicer area of town.Many tenants are students or elderly, so noise isn't too much of a problem.Sometimes noise from the bar behind the complex can be noticable on fri & sat nights.The apt is clean, basic, and affordable.Not many ammenities, just a laundry room, and extra storage.Pets are not permitted on the contract, however, many tenants have cats.I was happy with living in my studio for 4 yrs.It was spacious and comfortable. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived with guy and Sandra for about a year. It was all going well until Guy started accusing me of sleeping with Sandra. Needless to say, I was indeed getting it on with Sandra on a regular basis. But Guy just works such long hours. On top of that whole mess, Guy is an alchoholic who will whip it out and pee all over everything. You know the type, that one crazy drunk guy...Anyway, living with them is a night mare and I wouldn't reccomend it! |

| Recent Review: | | There are on-site managers.The grounds and buildings are kept up very nicely.We get to go to Adventureland free once each summer.There are 4 playgrounds, computer center and basketball court.I just love it here.Monthly newsletters keep good communication going.Wonderful Place! |
