Recent Review: I've lived here from 2002 til present (Nov 2003).I live on ground level and pay $565 for 800 sq feet.Its tiny but I don't need that much room.Parking is adequate and its a decent enough neighborhood.Noise proofing is average.Now the bad part... this is a really nice commute into downtown across University.But recently there's been a surge of mice in the lower levels.There was a dead mouse sitting in the hall for 4 days a few months ago.Now I've got a few.
