| Recent Review: | | I lived at Cross Creek for 2 years and it was a nice place to live.The office staff was very friendly and always worked with me if I had any problems.The maintinence man always had things fixed within a day.the only bad thing was there were lots of kids running around. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is a dump!Looks great from the outside and its in a great location, but live here for a year and you'll wish you had signed the 6 mo lease!The carpeting was at least 5 years old and the sliding glass door was not fitted properly so that tons of air leaked in.For an apartment that wasn't even 600 sq ft we had electric bills up to $80 during the summer and winter.There was a cockroach problem which they practically ignored and they refused to do anything about the tennants who were creating the problem.The walls were paper thin and you could here people in apt next door talking in there regular speaking voice.The pool was practically open to the general public and the weigh room and jacuzzi was a total joke.There was consistantly strange people walking the grounds and there were many car brake ins.We even had some people knocking on our door to "borrow a cigarette" on more then one occastion.The complex is frequently patrolled by police because of the crime there.Not to mention the rent is outragious for what you actually get for your money.Don't waste your time checking this place out, it was a year of hell. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the best apartment complex I have lived in so far.The rent for this area is very affordable here and lots of shopping and restaurants are within a 5 to 10 min drive.The office personal are helpful and care about the tennants and the up keep of the buildings.The apartments are quite spacious, very clean, and kept up well.There is a private pool and pets up to medium sized are allowed.People here are mostly young professionals and retired.Its extreamly safe here and if you have an apartment on the upper floors of certain buildings the view is great.If I were going to be staying in the DSM area I would not question signing another lease with this complex. |

| Recent Review: | | Where to start. From the first week I moved in I had the worlds worst neighbor and her two yipping dogs jumping up and down on my ceiling if I had my stereo on 3 at noon! Then the manager disappears with everyones money and the owner begins a 3 month harassment of tenants to pay twice! With verbal assurance of reimbursement of course. Then scary lady upstairs becomes the manager and starts calling the police 4 times a day starting in the afternoon. No kidding this woman sits in front of her window and watches all tenants coming and goings. Expect confidential info and privacy to be non-existent. Management will solicit negative info through casual conversation and put it in your file!!! Wow. I am so glad to be out of there. Hounded until the last second in the parking lot these people have no professional ethics or souls. Stay away if you vaue your sanity. |
