Recent Review: I lived at Arrowhead for 9 months. We got out of our lease early because the entire place was a ghetto. We would go to bed to the sound of a woman beating her children every night. We had a hole in our bathroom ceiling that leaked for 6 months before anything was done. We had to deal with no one plowing in the winter and missing work because of it. Our neighbors blasted their music during week nights until 3 in the morning, the police were called several times and yet nothing was done. We had someone living above us that was not on the lease but yet we had to deal with them taking showers 4 times a day and using all the hot water. The maintenance man that they have there is a joke as well. Anytime you would call him to have something get done he would never come. I would never in my life recommend that someone live here. The police are always on the property and it feels very unsafe to live there. Also, in the winter the heat would dip well below the legal temperature and you could not control it within your apartment. The grounds are covered in garbage and the grass is never cut.
