| Recent Review: | | This apartment has the worst management that I have even experienced. The agents working in the leasing office don't care about their residents at all. For example, when I find something broken in my apartment (like washer, toilet, etc) and report the problem to them, they always postpone or totally forget to file a maintenance request. Therefore the problem won't be fixed within several days. Sometimes I have to keep reminding them until they send someone to fix it. Another example is that after I was stuck in the elevator on the 11th floor for half an hour in a hot summer day, they didn't apologize about it when I complained to them. Nobody wanted to be responsible for it. Then I was stuck in the elevator AGAIN! The people in the office only care about making money, they don't care about the living quality of their residents. The most terrible thing is that they always have some construction work going on since I moved in. Recently the workers start using drilling machine at 7:30 IN THE MORNING EVERYDAY on the roof of the building. It really drives me crazy since I live in the top floor. The manager didn't take any complaint and insisted that they have to use the extremely loud machine in early morning like 7:30. The apartment sucks and is definitely not for anyone who cares about the living quality. Don't waste your money on an expensive apartment with such unprofessional management and terrible environment, especially if you don't want to be stuck in an elevator occasionally. |
