| Recent Review: | | Where do I start!! The Rental Manager and Staff(Liz Fromm, Trish and Carole) are complete liars and do virtually nothing when problems arise. All they do is send out general notices that talk tough, but when its time to act, they whimper into a corner and let the guilty parties do whatever they want without fear!! If you are a minority, you can do anything and everything without fear of The Gables management doing a damn thing. The Gables management and staff told me, after multiple issues with a minority tenant, and I quote "we are unwilling to take actionContinued below...Get FREE help finding an apartment in Aurora!against this tenant due to the fact that if they play "the race card", the costs involved are too great. The judge who handles tenant cases in Kendall County is very tenant friendly and it is a waste of time and money to pursue it further." Kinda makes you wonder huh?You wanna let your dog crap everywhere and not pick it up? Smokers, wanna dump your cig. butts everywhere?? Drug users, wanna smoke dope openly and not have to worry about management doing anything?? Partyers, loud noise and drinking are ok here!!! Even in the parking lot!! Wanna race in the parking lot like the Indy 500?? Come to The Gables and be the biggest slob you can be!!Maintenance is a joke. They take care of Dish Network here and I was out for almost a week and all I got was "Oh well". They walk down the middle of the street on their supposed "litter pickup" days and NEVER come close to the curbs, courtyards or anything!!All The Gables cares about is getting your name on a lease, you making your rent payments on-time and then "Good Luck", you are on your own!! The only thing in their favor is that the buildings on the east side of Farnsworth are new. Other then that, the place sucks hairy moose ass. The Concrete plant next door is very noisy and concrete dust gets into everything!! You cant open your windows for fear of getting a thick grey film on everything!!! |
