 It's a great deal ($600 a month), it's right by the lake, and all utilities are paid.They are small apartments, but it's comfortable enough to live in.The only problem is roaches keep returning no matter how many times I spray and infumigate the place.As long as you aren't bothered by the occasional roach glaring at you it's not to bad of a place.
