| Recent Review: | | This place is huge for the money!It is roughly 1,000 square feet and I paid $650/month for a garden unit.Large bedroom, large living room, huge dining room, HUGE kitchen, and nice bathroom.Large walk in closet along with coat closet and linen closet.No utilities included.Central air and heat.The only drawbacks were the location.There was a bus stop right in front of the unit, leaving a lot of people waiting around in front of my building for the bus.Since I was on the ground floor I heard a lot of noise of passersby and the area didn't always feel totally safe.However, if you're looking for a good affordable deal, this is for you!Convenient to public transportation and the highway, laundry accross the street, restaurants and grocery within a few blocks.Accross the street from The Abbey Pub!More of a residential area for people with families, however. |

| Recent Review: | | This building is poorly managed and overpriced for the quality of the apartments. Built back in the 40 or 50's it is not built by cement so you can here your neighbors every move. Although the location is good. I truly feel that their are much better opportunities to find a place where the people running the place care. You get thrown on voicemail and it takes over three days for a call back or response that they are even going to address your problem. Don't rent here!!!!! You will only be throwing away your money. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is really nice.Courtyard view, small studio unit but with a separate kitchen/eating area, a large walk-in closet, and a decent sized living space.I paid $550/month for my studio and also for cooking gas and electric.Radiator heat saved me a lot of money!Convenient location, just steps to the beach, tons of shops, bars, and restaurants!Definnitely a vibrant and exciting neighborhood for a young person! |

| Recent Review: | | I rented an apartment from Beal Properties, and it was nicer than a condo. The maintanence staff was very prompt and the girls in the office also professional. In particular, Barb Willis always took care of my every need.My only regret is that they won't sell me my unit. Although I needed to move out of Chicago, when I return, I will only rent from Beal. |

| Recent Review: | | 620 W. Barry is the worst apt building I'd been living so far. Not only the building looks run down from the inside but also the people live in the building are bunches nuts loud mouth, party college kids or college kids wanna be and drunk idiots. The building management people are worst. You have to tell them "MANY" times. Yes, I said many times!!! before they actually do what they supposed to do (fixing things, solve tenent complains, etc, etc....). The garbage dumpsters are always overflowing. No wonder RATS are everywhere. They never do a pest control ever (I know management should do a pest control usually once a month. I used to live in other apt that do this pest control once a month.) |

| Recent Review: | | An excellent apartment less than one block from the park and 2-3 block from the beach.The floor plan of my apartment is extremely quite excellent and the windows in the living, dining and kitchen areas over-look Argyle which is an active street. There's free basic and extended basic cable and free gas.Laundry facilities are in the building --- on the first floor as are storage facilities. |
