| Recent Review: | | The apartments appear to be very nice at first.The only problem is when something needs fixing in the apartment the landlord will not fix it.The landlord is the problem with these apartments.The building is not very secure, however, this is what the landlord will tell you that they are putting security locks at the front gate and your guest will have to be buzzed in.I have been there 6 years, they are not installed yet. Most of the tenants that do move in, move out within 6 months, because the landlord is a slum lord.He only wants to rent to single women.He is a womanizer.He only repairs the outside of the building, nothing in the inside.I, however, will be moving this year. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. It has h/w floor central h/air and w/d in the unit. The bathtub is so big you can lay down in it! It also comes with heated garage parking and a gym in the building. I walk to work every day. |

| Recent Review: | | This was the most amazing thing I've ever run across in apartment hunting.I called to set up an appointment to see an apartment, they took my info and set a time for me to come in the next day.When I got there they had me complete a preliminary info form asking for my name, address, etc.They also asked what are the most important things I'm looking for, and I mentioned location.After that, they asked how much I wanted to pay and of course I gave an estimate on the lower end of the range ($1100 - not too low in reality).Why would one give a high estimate?All these companies always raise their prices from what's in their ads anyway.You tell them a price and they say "well, we have..." and add about $200 to whatever you initially said.And when you see the apartment you decide if it's worth it or not.But this place was different, they said they have nothing in that range (really?) and went to get a whole bunch of brochures for their other properties and told me I could go to those and find an apartment.And they actually had the NERVE to wish me "good luck" on my apartment search!None of their other properties that they referred me to were downtown.They are obviously trying to get people to go to their other more out of the way properties.I couldn't believe that they would not show me an apartment.I though it was illegal in the City of Chicago to not show an apartment when you advertise that you are renting them and then you make an appointment for someone to come in and see an apartment.Anyway, I would never bother calling this place again.It's just a waste of time to go there to see an apartment as they probably won't show it to you anyway. |
