| Recent Review: | | This apartment is a great buy for someone who wants to live in the Gold Coast and wants to have a gym in their building in an extremely secure and friendly setting.However, it is NOT a bargain by any means.You will have to take a cab to work each day if you want to work in the loop, and Potash Brothers is an expensive store for groceries.HOWEVER, I would highly reccomend this place if you are just recently divorced or want the most secure place possible.The doormen/women know each resident personally and they helped me get through an almost stalker like break up.Dry cleaning, and everything you need including an executive office with fax, and a brand new gym (a real gym, not just a treadmill in a closet) are all included.Safe, brightly lit laundry room, and the office managment staff could not be more helpful, understanding or friendly.Mary is the woman who runs the place, and she is one of a kind. |

| Recent Review: | | PLANNED PROPERTY WAS FOUND GUILTY OF NOT PROVIDING ENOUGH HEAT on March 17, 2005 and was recently fined.They have yet another case against them coming up soon for this building and their 500 W. Belmont building.Four more people have been stuck in the same elevator over the last two months and they still don't have a current certificate.I think the prostitutes still live here though!The drug dealer is gone and the same idiot manager is still here. |
