| Recent Review: | | I have had three nightmares living here. The first happened when my roomate lost her job and fell behind on her parking payments. The Planned Property parking collection group took it out of our shared rent account. When the problem was indicated to my roomate she cc'ed me on 2 emails to them, telling them that she did not want her personal parking account paid out of our shared room credit (the credit that they give you when you move in). I called to tell them they messed this up and they yelled at me and told me that our roomate was lying to us, and that I would personally be held accountable for the parking discrepancy if my roomate did not pay her parking. I almost laughed out loud in their faces when I head this. It is not legal or possible. But they sure did try to twist the rules to get their money! Also! : They have been sending people up to see our apartment for months to move in, when we specifically said we didn't want anyone to view our apartment since we have very valuable things lying around. This has happened 3 times. Finally, the average room temperature in our place was around 85 degrees during late spring, early fall, because they have the heat on 8 months a year with NO AC! Please listen to me! DO NOT MOVE HERE OR TO ANY PLANNED MANAGEMENT PROPERTY. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved in to my one bedroom, the place was great. Fresh paint on walls and hardwood floor was scrubbed and waxed.Within about a month, the paint had started "bubbling" like it had air pockets behind them, flaking, and cracking.Mysterious brown water spots that you can wipe off appeared on the ceiling of my shower.Mind you that there is no fan to ventilate the steam so you have to keep your door open.The plumbing was bad--shower water took forever to drain and there was a leak underneath my bathroom sink that almost ruined the cabinet underneath.That's not the worst of it.My place got robbed twice and I live on one of the top most floors!All my small expensive electronics were taken.The locks on the doors suck and my deadbolt was tampered with and even if you lock the bottom lock a good push can open the door.The management didn't even post a note telling people that robbery was going on. They ignored me basically.I asked that they watch their survalience tapes but they never got back to me.They supposidly have security doors but as of recently, the back door has been left unlatched because of renovations going on.But on many occasions I have found the door to be unlocked up until 11pm.IF you can...dont' live here. They are trying to sell them as condos...but don't buy if you can. Stay away. |

| Recent Review: | | when I first moved in I thought it was perfect. I should have known because when I looked at the place someone was living there in the process of being evicted.the tenant told me the reason she didn't pay rent was because the landlord never fixes anything something is always wrong with something. I found out for myself the place is garbage he's so cheap he doesn' even turn on the heat the toilet doesn't flush water leaks from upstairs it's a big hole in the ceiling from the leak he called his self fixing the plumbing but only made it worse he had to cut into the wall he never fixed that. It's alot of other things wrong but I don't know if you have time to read everything. |

| Recent Review: | | Owner is a slum Landlord, who doesn't care about broken things, appliances in apartment but the money. Lead paint are everywhere all over the window cill. Was owned previously by a better a Landlord, before this goon bought it over. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been living at 4540 N. Magnolia which is apart of 4845N. Magnolia. My advice for you will be to run, run very fast. There is absolutely no security in either buildings.I had a man knocking on my door threating to kill some girl who he thought lived at my apartment. I talked to the property manager who did absolutely nothing. The building has sewage problems and it smells very bad. The garbage chutes are constantly overflowing with nasty smelling trash. The fire escape doors are not locked allowing anyone to come in.The tenants are trifling a long with Related Management. If you go downtown to the corporate office you will see marble floors, expensive furniture and nice plants. But, don't expect any of that from this building. Again, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!. Don't make the same costly mistake that I did!! |
