| Recent Review: | | Heads up if you plan to rent with the Apartment Source or TMG Management Company.They are not responsive, they do not take care of repairs in a timely manner and they do not abide by the terms in your lease.They think they can come into your apartment whenever they want!Also, you the parking spot they say comes with the apartment is extremly hard to drive into.You can bang up your car trying to get back to it.Also, no cars larger than a small compact car fit into the parking spots so it is waste of your money.They will not tell you this.They do not take care of the garbage and they do not take care of plowing snow in a timely manner.They do not return phone calls.DON'T RENT! |

| Recent Review: | | I am preparing to move into this apartment at month end and the management is incredibly unprofessional, selfish and will not do anything to accomodate actual people.To visit the premises, you are allowed 15 minutes before 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and anything outside of that they will charge you $50.00.They will not communicate with the current renters to find out when they are moving and will not let me move in until after 9:00 a.m. on the first of the month.When I would like to know when the current tennants are moving I was informed that Bari does not inquire from the current tennants that type of information.I am not looking forward to the upcoming 12 months. |

| Recent Review: | | Two years ago I rented from Beal Properties.When I moved in the space was filthy and poorly maintained.I found out by accident that if you jiggled my front door handle that you could get my door to open without a key. When I requested maintaince on the door, my call was never answered; nor were the ones re: the absence of lightbulbs in the hallways. When I left I had 'mysterious charges' and didn't receive a single cent of my deposit, which in 8 years of living in Chicago, has never happened.Beals Properties are nothing but slumlords; DO NOT TRUST THEM LET ALONE RENT FROM THEM. |

| Recent Review: | | I am very happy here at Oakdale. I think that the staff does a nice job with the maintenance and the service. Of course, they are not perfect, but they try their best, from what I can tell. I am in my third year of my lease, and have no intention of moving. Fell free to knock on my door and I will be glad to show you my apartment. |
