| Recent Review: | | The three bedroom apartment my roommates and I lived in was very spacious and had a lot of storage for a Chicago apartment. The back courtyard is cool but can get loud in the summer time with parties. I moved from Wrigleyville to Old Town and absolutely loved it and found the parking a lot easier because of the permit stickers. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for a year and a half in a one-bedroom.My biggest gripe is the noise that came off the street of Halsted and PetCo/Walgreen's parking lot.My first year I didn't have a window a/c unit and slept with my window open -- which was a trying experience.The office management team was incredibly organized and professional.I applaud them. |
