| Recent Review: | | Hayes did a poor job on letting tenants know the buildingsat the corner of Addison/Paulina were going condo. Sincethey were selling the property, they didn't keep the lightbulbs changed in public spaces and hallways clean. I agreewith the later comment-the hot water sucked in the laundryroom. The price was great, but the handymen were poor andthe property management was just in it make $$$$. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are very nice but the managment rep (Janator)that lives in the building is very moody and does her job according to her moods.She makes up her own rules for the building and makes sure to let you know if she is not happy with you or your visitors.The lobby is clean but the hallways are dirty and not kept well. Once you have signed the leasethere seems to be a lack of care for customer satisfaction. Their main concern is to tend to things that are in violation of city code. If you have a problem with anything less - good luck! |

| Recent Review: | | If you wanted to compare ICM with an extreme enemy, that would be appropriate. They never fix anything, even when it's like threatening (i.e. we had a hole in our front stairs for over a week before they fixed it & after living there for over two years they finally sent us a letter to let us know that the entire unit was at risk for lead paint.Did I mention that my bedroom did not have heat, living in Chicago during the winter????? |

But there are a lot of repairs needing to be done to the property like there are no locks on the doors, and repairs that need to be done to each unit. The tenants are okay,But the people that hang out around the building are bad news, the janitor is very lazy, and you would really have to be a patient person to deal with management. They are well with taking rent, but bad with filling your request |
