 I lived in these apartments for 2 years. In that time nothing broke at all. The apartments were well kept up. The neighbors were all really quite. The landlord was very nice. The apartments were clean, the grounds were clean. The parking wasn't always that great, but for the most part it was fine. I moved out of the apartment for a few months, then immediately moved right back in. I have and still do recommend it to my friends.
