 I LIVED HERE IN 2003 AND BROKE MY LEASE 6 MONTHS INTO IT. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00 TO BREAK IT BUT WELL WORTH IT. THE MATIENCE WORKERS SUCK. THE MANAGEMENT IS SO IGNORANT. THE BUILDING HALLWAYS AND FOYERS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY AND SMELLY. THEY ALLOW DOGS BUT DONT MAKE SURE T HE OWNERS PICK UP AFTER THEM. SO YOU CAN EVEN WALK IN THE GRASS OR SIT OUTSIDE BECAUSE THERE IS DOG POO EVERYWHERE AND IT SMELLS WHEN IT IS HOT OUT. I DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD LIVE HERE. ITS $800.00 FOR A 2 BEDROOM. YOU CAN GO GET A LUXUREY APARTMENT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT AT HIGHPOINT OR REMINGTON APARTMENTS. THANKS
