						Recent Review: This is the best apartment in DeKalb!It's a small family-owed complex of 16 units.The landlord asks "is everything going ok?" every time I see him.He's here checking on lightbulbs and things several times a week.The quiet-lifestyle policy is enforced well--if someone is being too loud, you can call the landlord at any time of the night and he'll come over.95% of the time when I go to bed I can't hear any music or anything--and when I can hear a little it's really quiet and not annoying.Safe: The UPS guy told me that in the 12 years he's been delivering packages by a person's door that not a single one has ever been stolen.I've known several people that have lived here.The landlord doesn't charge for every little thing, so it's easy to get your security deposit back.If you wreck something like spill something uncleanable on the carpet he will charge for that, but that's fair to me.
