| Recent Review: | | They have changed the name to trick people, but the lack of attention and the fact that this place is run by money hungry landlords remains the same. It's a dump.... just check out th website at www.apartmentratings.com if you think I am kidding! Stabbings, shootings, gangs, drugs etc. All common place at "The Pointe". Avoid this complex like the plague! Don't say I didn't warn you! Cheapest rents in the area! Included in the rent are roommates: ROACHES, ANTS, and MICE! Not to mention LOTS of rodents of the two legged kind! STAY AWAY if your smart! |

| Recent Review: | | I recently moved here from Dallas, Tx and have not even seen the apartment before move in date, i did everything over the phone and fax. I was very nervous , as you can imagine. When the move in date came along, i showed up at the office with all my stuff, and no one to help me move. I was very impressed about how my situation was handled, they even had someone deliver my stuff directely to the apartment. I loved the apartment the minute I walked thru the door, ever since then if an issue came up theoffice handle that to my satisfation. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. |
